Anorexia Live or Die with LIMU

Anorexia: Live or Die with LIMU

The Eating Disorder Anorexia can live or die by LIMU juice ingestion daily.
I've often talked about “killing” off the illness Anorexia by using LIMU juice as a beneficial dietary supplement if used every day in addition to healthy meals and snacks, preferably on a schedule.

I've avoided the Pro ANA side of the equation as my main and primary goal of using this product was to Overcome Anorexia 2BRecoverED and living with a healthy weight and mind. I actively sought to recover and continue to work on improving my overall health to combat this disease. I discourage the effects of Anorexia by refueling and re-supplying my Nutrient stores daily with the juice.

However, the other day I slipped for the 1st time in quite a few weeks and did not eat for the whole day until I had a meal replacement shake at bedtime. There were moments throughout the day that I reminded my Self that I had not eaten yet, but quickly pushed that thought out of my head and continued to busy My self.

I am reminded of when I began LIMU.

I remember the “good” old familiar feeling that an empty stomach and feelings that AN provided.
Having lived off the LIMU alone before, knowing the medical research and consequences of such an action, I am confident that AN is a double sided coin that can shine on both sides.

ORIGINAL LIMU juice, a Kosher product, has only 7 calories per 1 ounce, 70+ Nutrients and Fucoidan! Each serving is like drinking a full meal – without the calories, the bulkiness of the food, the digestion or elimination problems all associated with the malnourished Anorexic.

We are told 2BRecoverED that we need to eat 6 times a day ~ that’s three meals and three snacks every single day.
With this juice, 4 meals are covered with a Total of only 28 calories! A banana for lunch and a few almonds at night and my body has everything it needs to survive and Live With my AN.

At 40 years old and in Recovery for only 5 with LIMU, my AN and me seem to be quite inseparable. There are parts of the Anorexia that are positive for those who live with this illness. If a person is diagnosed and treated early, I believe the outcome would be different for the personality of the person as a whole.

The Major drawback of living the Pro AN lifestyle is of course the Extreme weight loss and body damage.  At some point in every AN’s life, there Is a perfect spot where body and mind enjoy each other. Yes, to the outside the body is excruciatingly thin, and the person perceives that if the lifestyle is left to extend, then death will occur.

When the two worlds meet at a “happy camping ground” shall I say,  the Body at it’s limits and the mind is settled, it is kind of euphoric. So the Pro AN lifestyle seems a logical place to stay at.
This is where “The Juice” comes in real handy!

“I don’t want to die but I want to Live in this state of Anorexia.”

I now can if I choose to.

28 easy, tasty, liquid calories spread out over 4 times a day with a handful of food a couple of times.

This eliminates the indecision and anxiety that comes from trying to figure out what to eat. There is no more worry about the health of my organs and blood due to lack of nutrients. Gone is the guilt and shame of not feeding the body I live in.  Feel good about the choice to live Pro AN. Get to enjoy the taste of tropical delight with ease of swallowing and digestion. The fighting forces of the opposing mind can come to a truce and allow this small amount of juice to pass into the body to do it’s work.

As long as the Body and mind do not suffer the consequences of the Pro AN lifestyle, then what would be so bad about choosing this way to live vs a “normal eater”?
As far as the blood, bones, organs and tissues that make up the body are concerned, if enough Nutrients are digested, then everything will work properly at whatever weight we choose.

Not only do We get our selves off our back, but also family and friends, once the threat of death is eliminated! No more harping or griping about food.

Hmmm… maybe I should explore this side of the AN thought process for a while. Never been here and seems to be tingling a bit. However, to go there, I must actually Go There again to help me remember what it was like 5 years ago when I actively lived the Pro AN lifestyle without and with LIMU.

My Anorexia Can Live or Die with LIMU, it’s my choice.

What’s Yours?

Be Pro AN with LIMU!

WHO: Diet, Nutrition and Prevention of Chronic Diseases

At the most basic level, our survival is dependent on healthy food and even more basic is the nutrient levels contained within. LIMU Brand dietary supplements are packed with what our body's need to not only survive, but thrive.

From the World Health Organization:

"Facts

• Up to 2.7 million lives could be saved annually with sufficient fruit and vegetable consumption.

• Low fruit and vegetable intake is among the top 10 selected risk factors for global mortality.

• Worldwide, insufficient intake of fruit and vegetables is estimated to cause around 14% of gastrointestinal cancer deaths, about 11% of ischaemic heart disease deaths and about 9% of stroke deaths.

• Low fruit and vegetable intake is among the top 10 risk factors contributing to attributable mortality, according to evidence presented in World Health Report 2003. Up to 2.7 million lives could potentially be saved each year with sufficient global fruit and vegetable consumption. Fruits and vegetables as part of the daily diet could help prevent major noncommunicable diseases (NCD) such as cardiovascular diseases and certain cancers. Eating a variety of vegetables and fruits clearly ensures an adequate intake of most micronutrients, dietary fibres and a host of essential non-nutrient substances. As well, increased fruit and vegetable consumption can help displace foods high in saturated fats, sugar or salt.

• Worldwide, low intake of fruits and vegetables is estimated to cause about 19% of gastrointestinal cancer, about 31% of ischemic heart disease and 11% of stroke. Of the global burden attributable to low fruit and vegetable consumption, about 85% was from cardiovascular disease (CVD) and 15% from cancers. The estimated levels of current fruit and vegetable intake vary considerably around the world ranging from less than 100g/day in less developed countries, to about 450 g/day in Western Europe.

A recent WHO/FAO expert consultation report on diet, nutrition and prevention of chronic diseases, sets population nutrient goals and recommends intake of a minimum of 400 g of fruits and vegetables per day for the prevention of chronic diseases such as heart diseases, cancer, diabetes and obesity. The report states that there is convincing evidence that fruits and vegetables decrease the risk for obesity, and evidence that they probably decrease the risk of diabetes. Further, there is convincing evidence that fruit and vegetables lower the risk for CVD. (The report specifies that the tubers, e.g. potatoes, cassava, should not be included in fruits and vegetables.)

A high-level international review on fruit and vegetable consumption and cancer risk, coordinated by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), concluded that eating fruits and vegetables may lower the risk of cancer, particularly cancers of the gastrointestinal tract. IARC estimates that the preventable fraction of cancer due to low fruit and vegetable intake falls into the range of 5-12 % and up to 20-30% for upper gastro-intestinal tract cancers world-wide.

WHO’s mandate

WHO’s mandate is to improve public health around the world with particular emphasis on decreasing inequalities in health. In May 2002, WHO was requested by the Member States to develop a Global Strategy on Diet, Physical Activity and Health in the context of the rising burden of chronic diseases. During a series of regional consultations to develop the strategy, Member States stressed to WHO the importance of working proactively with them to assist in increasing the consumption of fruit and vegetables. With this obligation and the above-cited scientific base, WHO aims to actively promote an increase in fruit and vegetable intake worldwide, especially in developing countries. Incorporation of fruit and vegetable consumption as part of national noncommunicable disease (NCD) prevention and school health programmes is a central aim."

Vitamin C Aids Digestion

Good Morning Friends and Neighbors!

I hope all is well with You and Yours!

I seem to be doing better at eating over the last couple of days since my last writing. I did successfully have 3 squares and snacks and desserts that day i last wrote. I have been getting hunger back.

I wanted to impart some knowlege or enlightenment whichever you want to call it. I have been reading in The Complete Book of Vitamins by the editors of Prevention Magazine. This book is copywrited 1984. I know the text is old, but it is still very helpful.

So i was just picking pages to read. Would you believe that the book opened to Vitamin C and it's link to the digestive system? Fits right in with my anorexia.

"Deficencies (of Vitamin C) interfere with everything from the production of collagen, the protein "cement" that holds your cells together and helps in the healing of wounds, to your ability to digest food and fight the effects of stress." Also, "Your body can't manufacture it (Vitamin C) or store more than a few grams, so keeping your cells saturated with a rich daily supply of Vitamin C is crucial."

Both these excerpts come from page 244 - ISBN0-87857-495-6

This explains why i had such "miraculous" results within 4 days of drinking my first Original Limu for my anorexia. It really was Not a miracle. Just plain common sense (if you were aware of vitamins before).
Seeings how i had no real idea of how vitamins and minerals work In the body, i passed off Original Limu as a miraculous thing.
There is no secret miracle in a bottle, just real good nutrition. My body knew what to do with nutrients even if i didn't. My body just soaked all that rich nutrition even when i wasn't ready to give up my starvation.
The body knows what it needs without the mind's interference.
Did you know that the Limu Moui plant contains More vitamin C than Florida's best oranges?

So , what i have been doing for about a week now is supplimenting my Original Limu with 500mg of Vitamin C suppliment. If i could, i would just be drinking more Original Limu, but with the rising costs of everything, it is cheaper to suppliment my 2-4oz Limu with the pill.

The way i see it: I have been intentionally and unintentionally sabotaging my body through starvation, which in turn has made my body deficient in ALL nutrients.
Original Limu gave me an abundant supply of nutrients and it is in a very easy to digest form - liquid. I am getting more out of 2oz than i would a 3 course meal. Add to that daily supplimental intake of 500mg Vitamin C and i should have this disease under control in another year or so.

I realize that it took about 30 years to culminate into a crises situation, so i am being realistic in my belief that it will take a couple of years to overcome it.

My advise to Parents and Sufferers alike is to Take You C. Just like mom always had us doing.

There is Real evidence that Vitamin C offers a plethora of healing properties. Most important for me right now is the aid in digestion, as that is my biggest obstacle in recovery right now.

Remember that the digestion process begins in the mouth at the point of entry, then down the throat. In my case i was Not able to swallow the food, let alone chew it.
So, if one cannot chew or swallow, That is a digestion problem.

Parents: If you cannot afford Original Limu, then PLEASE start supplimenting your child's diet with Vitamin C tablets to combat the early stages of Anorexia, so Your children do not end up like me 30 years down the road.

Well, i guess that's all i wanted to say about Vitamin C and the "miracle" of Original Limu.

I hope You All have a Great Day and count Your Blessings to see just how rich You really are.

I pray for Blessings of Peace & Health, Enlightenment & Prosperity for You!

I'm Barb Thornton, I Am LIMU and it's my pleasure to sponsor You!
