The End of The Road

The steps along this path, 2BRecoverED, are mine to take;
Either to move forward or stay knocked down for the AN’s sake.
Once i decided to choose a different way of Life
(Instead of listening to & following The Voice)
I really had no idea that choice of Mine -
Would cause so much strife.

In My body and in my head are feelings & thoughts
Of sheer dread and the anxiety rises into a crescendo.
As both know I will not give in and stop
Drinking My LIMU Brand, for it has all the nutrients I need;
To overcome all that I’ve done wrong since I
Let the AN in all those many years ago.

This path is a treacherous, miry and confusing one -
Just like all the others, I s’pose, that lead to the Land of RecoverED.
Full of deep pits of despair, fits of rage and, quite frankly,
Feelings of not even being here in the same realm
With body & mind complete.

What’s the difference, You might ask, of which path to take
– If they all lead to the same place?
Ah yes, but if You only knew
How much easier this one is with LIMU inside;
To fortify & strengthen the body & mind -
for the fight to bring The Self out.

A daunting & exhaustive task this Refeeding Syndrome with
All its quirky traits, forcing Me to wonder if I should continue.
But each day I start anew with a sip of that golden nectar
As i visualize my AN drowning in that sea of nutrients
And Me without a care.

My steps quickened along with my strength restored,
I soon Shall say good-bye to this old friend of Mine;
Of which I’ve trodden & have become bored.
It’s time to get on with My new living arrangements as I
Take up the Only residence next to my Lord
That Belongs in this vessel that has been given to Me.

The Habit

THE POWER OF HABIT!

Ode to LIMU

My Ode to LIMU
comes from the bottom of my heart
and our humble abode
as
I experience Health for my Family
as well as Myself, in astounding ways
only This golden nectar can do.



With one look and faith to start
I turned the page to a new chapter in
Our Life's Book.

From that 1st day to this
I would be remiss to ignore
all the blessings LIMU has afforded
for
My Husband can stand up straight,
My Daughter hasn't been sick at all,
My Life is NOT sealed in the Anorexic fate.


Again I must give pause
for just another moment
to give Thanks to God above
who
makes the laws, who opens
a window when the door closes
out of His merciful love.


The Body is Ours only to rent
with Us tucked safely inside
going along for the ride.
It
IS How we fuel it that depends
where Our Life path will end.

Free will is ours to take and
choices we must make,
Be it tragedy & sorrow or
joy & roses on the 'morrow.



Thank You Lord for Your mercy & grace
to provide All a Body needs to survive
in just 2oz LIMU twice a day
and
this new Life more abundant
in every way, affording me the strength
to face myself & my fears
to
walk The Road 2BRecoverED -
to come out the other side, at length,
For to honor and to glory in You
as
this New Life of my Family
and mine, takes flight under Your
Healthy way

The Blessing

LIMU 2K10 is finally here!
Over the next 48 hours TLC has brand new things are in store - new look, new products and even more.
I would like to take this time to give credit where it's due, to bring Honor & Glory to the Only reasons I have Survived & now Thrive through a terrible secret I kept hidden for too long even from myself.
With no further ado, here is The Blessing that changed my Life & will Yours too!



The Blessing

Amber nectar coursing through
my veins; Fucoidan pulling on
the reins -
Bringing my runaway body
to a halt; turning it around onto
the secure health of the asphalt.
My heart and blood are pumping
strong; making known that
recovery won't be long.
One day I will break through
the other side of this fog; all for the
Glory of the Merciful, Almighty God.
He provides the strength and
food to supply abundantly for
His brood-
In Him I do trust; drinking
Original LIMU everyday
Is a Must.




Six weeks before this poem came to be, I had to diagnose myself with Anorexia when the scale read 96 pounds as I stared at my gaunt 35 year old image looking blankly back through the mirror. Just days later with no idea how to stop the death coming, The Blessing that is LIMU The Original came to me.
The day i looked down & saw my veins plump - not shriveled - this poem leaped out of my heart onto paper.
My desire is that YOU will Receive 'The Blessing' so YOU too can be Blessed with Peace & Health, Enlightenment & Prosperity...just like Me.

I want to take this opportunity to Thank Mr. Gary Raser & his Family for for all their time & effort spent; for following a life's path that went against the grain so that YOU and I might gain a Life More Abundant through simple Health that God made possible since the beginning of time.

God said, "Let the land produce vegetation." When it did, "God saw that it was good."

We know not why,
"But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the mighty;

So Thank You Raser's for taking a few simple words to heart:

For trusting in Him, for Your Passion & Commitment - which may have seemed "crazy" at the time and now 6 years later only to find: a Contentment & Knowing through all the testimony's showing,

just how much God really Does Care!
Thanks for being a beacon & a light for showing that it doesn't always take might; just some Compassion & Caring and a propensity for Sharing the Good News of the Lord and for making True Health so easy to afford!

Out Of The Hollow

Cookies Cookies everywhere, to make and to eat;
but to actually Do is some sort of feat.
To reach for them...do I dare;
I hope and long for the desserts,
in the end only to find me beat.
My ana & I,
we have this strange relationship;
when i fight back she is very sly.
She keeps me busy so I will stay unfed;
finding only 3 kudos from Original Limu
as i lie at night upon my bed.
This body is strong and so obvious
is this mind, so why is the key
To Be RecoverED so hard to find?
'Get the body healthy and
the mind will follow'; words I
live by until i climb up and
out of this hollow!
