Good Morning Friends & Neighbors!
Sorry that i have been away for so long. My computer is on the fritz. I will update as soon as i can, please bear with me through this technical problems.
I have decided that 126 is really too heavy for my frame. So i have dropped to 120-121 which really does look better anyway. Of course, i did revert back to my anorexic ways for about a week to lose the weight. Now i have to get back in the swing of things so that my "diet" does not turn back into anorexia. LOL
Still, at this weight i am 18-20 pounds healthier than my "normal" weight of 102 since the 10th grade up to 35, before dipping down to 96.
Since i am updating, i must tell you about Daisy our dog that had heart worms. She is FAT and Happy.
Being a Jack Russell mixed with Hound dog she is the Biggest Russell i have ever seen. She is just huge with the "Russell muscle" over every inch of her body which stands about 16 inches off the ground and 2 feet long. 50 full pounds of health and muscle! Hard to believe just 6 months ago she was on her death bed and i was afraid to wake up the next to see gone.
Praise the Lord my Original Limu was delivered that Monday morning!
Also as far as praise and thanks go one must be offered for my daughter's health. Already this year the school has been plagued with a stomach virus as well as strep throat.
I have no worries about the health of my child anymore. I just give her a 2oz shot in the morning before school and she is protected from all those germ-y kids. Another 2oz in the afternoon just for good measure. Kids are dropping like flies around her she says but she feels perfectly healthy.
My husband has been able to out for deer hunting season this year. He has missed the last few years due to his arthritis in back, hips and knees. He just couldn't bear the cold and the walking was agony. Now with Original Limu in his body over the past year and a half he is once again enjoying the serenity of the woods.

I am completely amazed at the fact that i have been able to hold onto my 125 for at least 3 weeks now. A couple of weeks ago, i switched my Remeron back to Wellbutrin. Why Waste Our Dollars?

Think about this -
We are living sicker and dying younger due to lack of Nutrition NOT the lack of Health Insurance.
So much of this Presidential campaign has been about health insurance and how the government will in the future insure health insurance for all citizens.
Why waste our dollars on something that will Not make us healthy?
I agree that health insurance is a good thing - BUT with a healthier body, both physically and mentally, then the trips to the Dr.'s and specialists would not need to be.
When Americans are healthy, then the insurance and Dr. bills just are Not there. That money is then able to be kept in the Citizen's pockets. Thereby enabling this Country to come out of it's recession because the average Joe the plumber Will be able to afford that flat screen t.v. or that newer model trade in for his aged vehicle, not to leave out buying new clothes, shoes and even have enough to give to the Church or Charity of his choice to make this country & planet a better place to live.

The caffeine content of energy drinks varies from 50 milligrams to more than 500 milligrams.

But like all quick health fixes, energy drinks come at a price, which in some cases have included death.
What is Caffeine Intoxication?
If you’ve never heard of caffeine intoxication, you’re not alone. It’s not often discussed, as most people won’t consume coffee or soda in amounts high enough, or quickly enough, to suffer an acute effect. But when you consider that some energy drinks contain the equivalent of four or five cups of coffee in one can, you realize how you could easily consume the equivalent of a couple of pots of coffee in very short order.
Among the worst offenders, in terms of caffeine overload, are:
SPIKE Shooter – 35.7mg/oz (16 oz = 570 mg)
Cocaine Energy Drink – 33.3 mg/oz (16 oz = 533 mg)
Redline RTD – 31.3 mg/oz (16 oz = 501 mg)
Blow (energy drink mix) – 30 mg/oz (16 oz = 480 mg)
Fixx – 25 mg/oz (16 oz = 400 mg)
Some energy drinks are so high in caffeine they’re served in 1 to 2 ounce “shots.”
Ammo, for example, contains 171 mg, served in a one ounce can. RedLine Power Rush, which comes in a 2.5 oz can, contains 140 mg/oz, giving you the equivalent of about three and a half cups of coffee in one swig.
The symptoms of caffeine intoxication mimic those of anxiety and other mood disorders, and include:
Nervousness
Anxiety
Restlessness
Insomnia
Gastrointestinal upset
Tremors
Rapid heartbeat (tachycardia)

The Caffeine in Energy Drinks Does Not Necessarily Equate to Plain Coffee.
Needless to say, the effects of drinking an energy drink will be similar to that of drinking a cup or three of coffee, in that when the effect wears off you'll start feeling lethargic and will likely crave another can (or cup) to boost your energy once again.
As many of you likely know, it can become a vicious cycle of jolting and crashing.
However, a problem related specifically to energy drinks is that no one really knows the net effect of chugging energy drinks like you would coffee.
Coffee has caffeine, yes, but it does not contain all those other artificial and energy-boosting ingredients that energy drinks contain.
The synergistic effect of ingesting multiple agents in combination can have a vastly different impact compared to each ingredient by itself. And caffeine, in and of itself, already has its disadvantages.
For example, drinking plain coffee on a regular basis may increase your risk of deadly diseases such as stomach cancer and leukemia. And, pregnant women should definitely not consume caffeine. There is a substantial amount of research showing that it clearly increases their risk of spontaneous abortion.
Caffeine also has other well-documented problems.
For instance, it may interfere with your body's ability to keep homocysteine and cholesterol levels in check, most likely by inhibiting the action of the vitamins folate, B12 and/or B6. Additionally, coffee has been previously associated with an increased risk of stroke and rheumatoid arthritis.
Are You in a High-Risk Category That Should Avoid Energy Drinks?
