Thereby enabling this Country to come out of it's recession because the average Joe the plumber Will be able to afford that flat screen t.v. or that newer model trade in for his aged vehicle, not to leave out buying new clothes, shoes and even have enough to give to the Church or Charity of his choice to make this country & planet a better place to live.
